Edra

Edra builds AI agents that learn how a company actually operates — then automate the work. The core problem: generic AI models know nothing about a specific company's processes. Those processes live in support tickets, emails, Slack threads, and Zendesk logs, not documentation. Edra connects to a company's existing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook), runs thousands of AI agents in parallel to reverse-engineer real workflows, and produces what it calls "Living Playbooks" — plain-English, white-box instructions that AI agents can execute and domain experts can edit. The playbooks update continuously as the business changes. Unlike RAG-based systems that search historical data at query time, Edra pre-synthesizes and reconciles process knowledge into structured, auditable procedures. Initial focus is IT service management (ITSM) and customer support, with a roadmap toward broader enterprise operations. Paying customers include HubSpot, ASOS, Cushman & Wakefield, and easyJet. Founded in 2024 by Eugen Alpeza (CEO) and Yannis Karamanlakis (CTO), who created and led Forward Deployed AI Engineering at Palantir's London office.
