Intelligence is the company behind DesignArena — a platform where millions of users compare AI-generated outputs (websites, images, videos, games) in anonymous head-to-head matchups and vote for the better one. Those votes are aggregated into an Elo-based public leaderboard ranking frontier AI models on aesthetic and creative quality. The real business, however, is on the enterprise side: Intelligence packages those crowdsourced human preference signals and sells them to AI labs as post-training feedback and evaluation data for their media-generation models. Because users are indifferent to which model produced a given output, their votes are considered unbiased signal — making the data highly valuable to labs that struggle to benchmark "taste" at scale. Google reportedly used the platform to test Gemini 3 before public release; OpenAI, xAI, and Meta have also been cited as users. Founded in 2025 by CEO Grace Li and college friends, the company grew from $5M to $60M ARR in six months with a team of roughly 10 people.
