Legora

Legora (formerly Leya, rebranded Feb 2025) is an AI-native workspace for legal professionals — both law firms and in-house legal teams. The platform lets lawyers review and analyze thousands of documents at once, conduct AI-powered legal research with cited sources, draft and redline contracts inside Microsoft Word, and run multi-step automated workflows (due diligence, compliance checks, SEC filings). A "Portal" feature lets firms share AI-generated work product securely with clients. A dedicated "Legal Engineer" workforce of domain-expert lawyers helps customers configure, deploy, and embed the platform into mission-critical workflows. Founded in 2023 in Stockholm by CEO Max Junestrand and President Sigge Labor, Legora crossed $100M ARR in April 2026 — less than 18 months after general availability launch — and now serves 1,000+ law firms and in-house teams across 50+ markets. Customers include Cleary Gottlieb, Linklaters, White & Case, Goodwin, Deloitte, and Dentons.
