Outtake

Outtake is a New York-based cybersecurity company, founded in 2023, that automates the detection and removal of digital impersonation threats. The problem it targets: AI has made it cheap and fast to create fake social media accounts, lookalike domains, rogue apps, fraudulent ads, and deepfakes impersonating executives or brands. Legacy solutions rely on human analysts to find and report these threats, which is too slow. Outtake replaces that manual workflow with a fleet of autonomous AI agents — a Search Agent, a Triage Agent, and a Remediation Agent — that continuously scan the open internet, classify threats, and automatically execute takedowns, typically within 18–36 hours. It also handles inbound fraud reports (phishing emails, customer complaints, compliance hotlines) via a product called "Intake." Customers include OpenAI, AppLovin, Pershing Square, and multiple U.S. federal agencies. The platform integrates with SIEM/SOAR systems and spans brand protection, executive protection, product protection, and AI agent security. It sells to enterprise security, fraud, and risk teams.
